The Colored Look

I got the way I want to color this. Not specifically these colors but this look and style and feel. It's an uphill battle all the way for me I guess!! This was all moused I'd rather hand do it next time. I was just too lazy to leave the front of the TV though when Deadliest Catch was on. :S

Notes on Nony

Sigh... I do not know how I will color this. I know how I WANT to... But not how to do it. Man... Disaster. There is Nony with the reasoning behind her wearing those gloves all the time, why she can use magic without tuckering herself out and the Enchanted Pineapple Ukelele which is key in Book 1 and the Evil Eye Amulet she always has on her person. I have that amulet. Mine is shitty not-silver - Nony's is bronze. Blah blah blah.

The Thumbnails (in progress)

Here's my small thumbs, scanned larger so you can see. I mean god... Computer screens make some things so tiny and others so huge... No dialogue for you to peruse. Not yet. 8| I just trimmed it off the sides!

Too Big

These are just way too huge to be thumbnails. I was getting so bogged down in the details I wasn't writing or planning things out well. So... Chucked these by the wayside!

Character Work

I like the different head-shapes and I like Nony's feet in the lined paper full body drawing. Who knows when I will ever nail it so totally I can do it effortlessly. I think sometimes characters fight you on how they look. Abe doesn't fight but Nony and Charley do!! Stop it you two!!

Oh and the bird is cuz I like those black-headed seagulls.

Website Hell

God I hate websites. I hate working on them. I hate the designing of them. I hate codes and all that crap. Hate. Which is why I have so many blogs!!

Melancholy

I'm thinking of giving up on the whole art thing and just looking for some shitty joe-job.

I feel so unhappy. I feel so sad all the time. I miss my dad... I can't seem to work up the will to work on things no matter how hard I try and... I just think no matter what, no matter how hard I try. I am going to fail. I am just always going to fail. Like running underwater.

I just don't know how long I can keep holding my breath.

Fred the Unicorn

Fred the Unicorn has been summoned by Nony before, lots before. It takes a lot out of someone to summon a Unicorn, but Nony happilly kept calling him up for bullshit reasons, like laundry, dishes. Even had him clean a floor before. So Fred is a bit cranky.
